MÙA Sake, Vietnam, 15% ABV

Due to its unique characteristics the rice gives off an aroma of coconut, pineapple and popcorn on the nose with a dry finish, thus leading to the first ever ST25 sake being born.

Highly aromatic with notes of pineapple, mango, banana and fruit candy. Juicy fruit on the palate, yet refreshingly light, with a hint of minerality. CEL24 is a Kochi only yeast type.

Iro Otoko translates to ‘Lady Killer’. This sake is inspired by male host clubs that wanted a high end sake to serve to female clients. Sweet, soft, and fruity yet dry with light-to-medium body. It has aromas of pear custard, citrus, and almond.
