Beautifully settled and clear with just a dusting of lees at the base of the bottle, this Pét Nat Chardonnay has all of the flowers-and-biscuits character and foamy mousse of a good blanc de blanc.

A co-ferment is when all grapes are crushed and fermented together and in this case the grape juices were left with their skins for 22 days. This creates the beautiful orange hue and taste profile that we have come to know and love from an orange wine. Definitely our most smashable orange to-date and we can't wait for you to try it!

Pharmakon is fruity and fresh Syrah and with the touch of Muscat comes a hint of sweetness. The half whole cluster maceration gives the wine a good tannin structure. We look forward how this wine will evolve over time!
