    A co-ferment is when all grapes are crushed and fermented together and in this case the grape juices were left with their skins for 22 days. This creates the beautiful orange hue and taste profile that we have come to know and love from an orange wine. Definitely our most smashable orange to-date and we can't wait for you to try it!

These wines are playful and unique - Ojisan is a witty wink to their approaching middle-age and comfort in using their combined skills to produce wines that express what they want out of the grapes.

    The 2023 Red Côtes du Rhône Villages offers a generous expression of ripe aromas, complemented by smoky notes, subtle touches of bacon, and raspberry coulis. This wine is well-concentrated, with a smooth, velvety texture and finely integrated tannins. It's the perfect wine to enjoy today, ideally paired with a succulent rosemary-scented steak. A Selection Committee favorite, rated 93/100.

    This wine is a good example of the indigenous varieties of the middle Loire specifically, Touraine. With notes of fresh cherries and garden herbs with a touch of sandal wood, we’d have this all on its own or have it with some local dishes.

    This is a light bodied natural red wine.
