    Hazy rose petal pink, a riot of cherry aromas with a frothy palate bursting with pomegranate, blood orange and spice. The palate is tangy with the snap, crackle and pop of Nero acidity and a mouthwatering freshness from the Arneis and Fiano. Made for park drinking and pizza – Nero d’Avola 48% Mataro 23%, Fiano 10%, Zibibbo 10%, Arneis 9%.

    We use honey collected from hives that are placed bordering the edges of the forests of Northern Thailand. The bees collect pollen from seasonal flowering plants and trees. The taste and colour changes slightly depending on the season it was collected. This brilliant honey wine tells the story of abundance and captures the essence of terroir.

    Using wildflower honey as it's base, this is the superstar of our collection. The Pet Nat is bottled while still fermenting and aged for 6 months. This creates a natural, smooth, micro bubble fizz, comparable to champagne. It's a summer drink, it's a spring drink and also pairs well with breakfast.

    A co-ferment is when all grapes are crushed and fermented together and in this case the grape juices were left with their skins for 22 days. This creates the beautiful orange hue and taste profile that we have come to know and love from an orange wine. Definitely our most smashable orange to-date and we can't wait for you to try it!
